We are encouraged to be the extension of you during any event that you choose to use our company. Our food service is from the old school. We prepare all of our dishes with the freshest product and the best spices that can be found Our bar-b-que is smoked in our 18 ft pit to perfection. The briskets are marinated overnight 18 to 24 hours bastin in our special sauce. All other dishes are prepared with quaility and experience from ricpes handed down from generation to generation. The last ingredient is the one that I ask my mother, what always made her food taste so good. She would tell me that "I got to put my foot in it!"
